Bills superstar Josh Allen elevated his game to new heights during the 2024 season, guiding Buffalo to yet another division title and securing NFL MVP honors in the process.
One of Allen’s most significant strides came in his ability to limit turnovers, throwing just six interceptions while leading one of the league’s most potent offenses. Though Buffalo’s playoff run was cut short by Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, Allen’s performance throughout the season was widely hailed as a major success.
Bleacher Report encapsulated his standing heading into 2025 with a single word: Elite.
“It’s really that simple when you’re the reigning MVP, and you’ve easily posted the best passing statistics in the NFL this decade.”
Since being drafted in 2018, Allen has cemented himself as one of the league’s premier quarterbacks. He currently ranks fifth in passing yards (26,434) and second in passing touchdowns (195) over that span. While turnovers were once a concern—his 84 career interceptions rank among the highest—his improved decision-making in 2024 showcased his growth.
Under offensive coordinator Joe Brady, Buffalo’s offense flourished last season, averaging 30.9 points per game, ranking among the NFL’s best. Allen’s influence stretched beyond the air attack, with his dual-threat ability on full display, rushing for 12 touchdowns in the regular season and adding two more in the playoffs.
Now, heading into the 2025 season as the reigning NFL MVP, Allen has fully entrenched himself among the league’s elite quarterbacks, keeping the Bills firmly in the Super Bowl hunt.
