Ohio 2025 Wide Receiver Bodpegn Miller Commits to Ohio State
Bodpegn Miller has only played wide receiver for four months.
Yet, the converted quarterback’s raw athleticism, speed, smooth route running and soft hands left Brian Hartline impressed with the 2025 in-state product after Miller worked out at Ohio State twice this summer. It didn’t take long for Miller to commit to his hometown team, as he pulled the trigger Friday after picking up the offer on Tuesday after impressing Hartline at the Buckeyes’ high school seven-on-seven tournament.
Miller had an official visit planned for Boston College this weekend but canceled that trip shortly after receiving the offer. He knew where he wanted to be.
“It definitely feels amazing,” Miller told Eleven Warriors of his offer. “It’s been a dream of mine since I grew up an Ohio State fan. It’s just a dream come true. All glory to God. Ever since I picked up a football when I was eight years old, I’ve been wanting to get this.”
Miller showcased his speed for Hartline and the Ohio State staff during a 40-yard dash at the tournament. Last summer, Miller estimates he ran between a 4.6 and 4.7-second 40-yard dash. At OSU, he was clocked at 4.44 seconds.
