Lange produced and co-wrote Twain’s blockbuster albums, The Woman in Me and Come on Over, which have sold more than 50 million copies combined worldwide; the singer recently played in Glastonbury’s Legends slot.
He has also collaborated with the best of the crop of music celebrities, including Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Maroon 5, Lady Gaga, Muse and Bryan Adams.
Shania Twain claimed earlier this year that she did not resent her ex-husband, Robert “Mutt” Lange, despite their infidelity. On the Great Company with Jamie Laing podcast, the 58-year-old singer, who played in the prestigious Legends slot at Glastonbury in June, discussed her first marriage to Lange, which ended in 2008 after his adultery with her friend Marie-Anne Thiébaud. Twain has been blissfully married to Frédéric Thiébaud, Marie-Anne’s ex-husband, since 2011.
