Georgia linebacker Jalon Walker felt a little niggle on Saturday as the Texas Longhorns (6-1, 2-1) faced Kirby Smart’s Georgia Bulldogs (6-1, 4-1) in week 8 of the 2024 college football season.
The game promised a heavyweight SEC battle between the two football powerhouses, but Smart’s tactics and the Bulldogs’ rugged defense proved too much for Steve Sarkisian’ men.
The Bulldogs beat the Longhorns 30-15 to hand Sarkisian his first defeat of the season but had to eliminate Walker before halftime.
