Training camp is quickly approaching, and the Buffalo Bills recently decimated much of their roster. Some key players, and some overpriced backups. However, one thing is certain. They need fresh players to step up, and not just recent acquisitions. The Bills will rely heavily on players who were unable to make the starting lineup last season.

Unless you’re an established veteran on this roster, your job is in jeopardy. Now, any Bills players that had a terrible year last year must come back stronger and better.
Brandon Beane, on the other hand, believes that everyone has value. A low draft pick, undrafted free agent, or unidentified free agent. This winter/spring, the Bills looked about for the best deal, and they found it. It won’t be pretty to start the season, but this fresh group of talent will gel nicely with time.
So, where will they go from here? They’ll most certainly want players who had a terrible year in Buffalo to step up, whether they were high draft picks or came in off a down year. I can sit here and identify ten players searching for atonement in 2024 and make a compelling case for each of them. However, let’s focus on two players and why this summer is so important to them.
