MITCHELL, Florida – Mario Kendricks, a defensive tackle, has officially signed with the Miami Dolphins.

Kendricks took part in a tryout-only rookie minicamp held by Miami last weekend. He played for Virginia Tech for five seasons (2019–23), appearing in 56 games (20 starts) and tallying 67 tackles (35 solo), 7.0 sacks, and three passes defensed in that time. Kendricks, a native of Kissimmee, Florida, attended Osceola High School to play high school football.
