The Golden State Warriors will undoubtedly undergo change throughout the offseason, and a well-known team insider thinks a reunion with the player who won MVP awards in back-to-back NBA Finals is a genuine possibility this summer.
There is really just one way to put it: the Warriors’ 2023–24 season was a huge letdown. Few predicted they would miss the playoffs completely following their loss to the Sacramento Kings in the NBA Play-In Tournament, even if they weren’t thought of as strong title candidates coming into the season.
They had the worst season results of any team in the league due to their $224 million payroll, which is why this summer’s roster will almost certainly be altered.
