At this point in the season, I believe most Celtic supporters will concur that leaving Ibrox with a draw against Rangers is a respectable outcome.
I know we led 2-0 at halftime and then again with a little over ten minutes remaining, but all in all, a point was still a decent outcome given the impact VAR had on the match.

This indicates that there will be no changes at the top of the table going into the final six games of the season. With the season’s penultimate Glasgow Derby set to take place at Celtic Park, Brendan Rodgers will be the clear favorite to win the Scottish Premiership.

“Disappointed” with the Ibrox result, Brendan Rodgers
Nevertheless, analyst Gordon Dalziel thinks the Celtic boss will be upset with how the team performed in the first half.

Celtic had a commanding 2-0 lead at the half thanks to their outstanding play in the first forty-five minutes at Ibrox. Which adds a little more mystery to Dalziel’s assertion.

“Listening to Brendan Rodgers, I think he’ll look at that first half and be very disappointed because he should have put the game to bed,” Dalziel stated [Superscoreboard]. I genuinely do.

“I thought they occasionally played some really good football.

“I know Rangers had a few half-chances, but Celtic dominated that first half, so we created a few chances.”
