American football quarterback Caleb Sequan Williams plays quarterback. He was a collegiate football player for USC and Oklahoma. Williams was the Heisman Trophy winner.

For the past two seasons, Caleb Williams has been a standout on the collegiate football scene while playing center for USC. As a sophomore, he threw for over 4,500 yards and 42 touchdowns, earning him the 2022 Heisman Trophy. This previous season, he gained over 3,600 passing yards, raising his completion rate from 66.6 to 68.6 percent.

It is now anticipated that the star quarterback will be chosen first overall in the NFL Draft. It is unclear if the Chicago Bears or another trade suitor will select that player.

Not only would joining the NFL be the next logical step in his career, but having an NFL paycheck in place would also allow him to potentially earn more money.

Having said that, Williams has already profited greatly from the name, image, and likeness regulations that were put in place in 2021.

Which will bring in more money for him: his first NFL contract or NIL deals? Let’s dissect it.

Williams transferred from Oklahoma before his sophomore year and has been the center of attention at USC for the last two seasons.

Businesses became aware of him as his fame increased. Beats by Dre, Wendy’s, Playstation, Dr. Pepper, and the former USC quarterback all inked deals with them.

Over the course of the previous two seasons, Williams is said to have earned roughly $10 million in NIL deals and sponsorships.
