With immediate effect, the Dragons are happy to announce the signing of Christian Tuipulotu to a two-year contract.

The 22-year-old, who made his Test debut for Tonga in 2022, comes from the Sea Eagles, where he scored 14 tries in 33 NRL games over the previous four seasons

Prior to the forthcoming season, Shane Flanagan, the head coach of the Dragons, welcomed Tuipulotu to the team.

“Christian will be a great addition to the team. He’s a big guy who can add some strike out of the backfield,” Flanagan stated.

“We have some good outside backs coming through at the Dragons, but it was important for us to add some NRL experience to the backline for this year after we lost Corey Allan for the season.”

With Tuipulotu’s signing, the team now has 30 players committed to the starting lineup for 2024.
