Brian Callahan delivered his first press conference as Tennessee Titans head coach, and he made some eye-opening remarks throughout. One item that jumped out was his teaching philosophy and the prospect quarterback, Will Levis. According to reports, Levis and the team will have a stronger presence on the sidelines than they did under Mike Vrabel.

When asked about Levis, Callahan had only kind things to say about him, according to sports reporter Kayla Anderson. The Titans’ new head coach has already spoken with the young quarterback.

During his debut season, Levis had excellent throwing accuracy. It wasn’t perfect, but he showed tremendous potential in almost every game he played. Will Levis isn’t afraid to throw it far, which may explain why Brian Callahan is so enthusiastic to teach him.

Callahan, on the other hand, sparked interest when he exposed a portion of his coaching philosophy. The new head coach insists that communication is essential throughout games. According to Titans team reporter John Glennon, Callahan even admits to listening to quarterbacks and other players express their opinions in order to make mid-game modifications. This was not something Mike Vrabel was known for while in Tennessee.

The term “communication” has been used frequently since the Titans cut rid of Vrabel. Tennessee is taking a fresh route to better compete in today’s NFL. Hiring Brian Callahan, who has a successful track record dealing with quarterbacks, will most likely accomplish this.

Callahan’s background will undoubtedly delight Titans fans. He has worked alongside Peyton Manning, Matthew Stafford, Derek Carr, and Joe Burrow. While tutoring Stafford, he helped the experienced quarterback throw for over 4,000 yards in consecutive seasons. He also helped Carr achieve his first professional 4,000-yard season. In addition, Joe Burrow has passed for more than 4,000 yards twice with Callahan as his offensive coordinator.

Expect the Titans to transition to a pass-first attack in the future. If everything goes as planned, Callahan and Levis could be an ideal pairing in Tennessee.
