While former New England Patriots draft pick Jack Jones is quickly becoming a Raiders star, Justin Herron was released this week.

In the midst of the Las Vegas Raiders’ search for a new head coach, star defensive end Maxx Crosby is making a strong case for interim coach Antonio Pierce to be named permanent.

Crosby emphasizes the importance of retaining a leader of men, especially when one is already within the organization, despite the rarity of NFL head coaching positions.

Crosby’s heartfelt support: “I want to win.”

Crosby isn’t the first player to weigh in on coaching decisions.

He advocated for Rich Bisaccia, who led the Raiders to a playoff berth as an interim coach two years ago.

Despite the endorsement, the decision did not favor Bisaccia.

Crosby is now a supporter of Antonio Pierce, believing in his ability to lead the team forward.

“There are only 32 [NFL] head coaches in the entire world,” Crosby RRy said on Thursday, according to ESPN.com’s Paul Gutierrez.

“So you’ll need to find a male leader.” And I’m not sure why you’d let one of them go when you already have one in the building.”

Crosby, who has been on a rollercoaster ride since his draft in 2019, is vocal about his desire for stability and consistency.

He expresses his desire for a winning culture, despite the team’s lack of postseason success and a slew of changes.

“I’ve only made the playoffs once in the last five years.” “It’s nonsense,” Crosby said.

“And we have to figure out what we’re going to do next.” And I’m sick of it. I’m tired of failing. All I want is stability and f—ing consistency, and that’s all that matters. “I’m hoping to win.”

Raiders’ During the game, Jack Jones reveals the key to slowing down Patrick Mahomes.

Antonio Pierce’s accomplishments speak for themselves.

On November 1, Antonio Pierce took over as interim coach and led the Raiders to a 4-4 record.

Victories over formidable opponents such as the New York Giants, Los Angeles Chargers, and Kansas City Chiefs demonstrated his coaching prowess.

However, losses to the Minnesota Vikings and the Indianapolis Colts highlight the difficulties he has faced as head coach.
